The house has been specifically designed for the tropics and minimizes the need for airconditioning. Although all bedrooms are airconditioned, excellent flow through ventilation and ceiling fans, in combination with a number of factors, negates the need for them in the rest of the house.
The ocean and magical beaches are only a short drive away.
