"Camoomilli" means Picnic Bay and this wonderfully designed home epitomises island living brilliantly. Perfectly positioned, only metres from the beachfront of Picnic Bay to capture the seabreezes on offer so air-conditioning is not a prerequisite. Ceiling fans and open plan living...perfect! Stroll the historic jetty or throw a fishing line and forget the world you have left behind.

"Camoomilli" is available for a maximum 2 guests who would like the opportunity to live simply and enjoy island life. The layout of the home enables you to engage with nature, find a private place to read a book or just do nothing! You are so close to the Picnic Bay foreshore you will hear the waves and feel the breeze. This home is not air-conditioned however the open plan captures the cross breezes and combined with the ceiling fans you will be pleasantly surprised how comfortable that is.

The large bedroom features a queen bed, private bathroom facilities and certainly a sense of being part of nature. Wander across the open deck into your living pavilion also perched high within the treeline and appreciate that life can be so simple at" Camoomilli". You will feel like time has slowed.

On the lower level you can find a quiet space in the 2nd lounge area also equipped with a 2nd bathroom and bifold doors offering a deck area surrounded by the island's iconic granite boulders, offering you complete solitude and perhaps an opportunity to share some time with our local wildlife such as echidnas and wallabies.
